Steps to getting your refund

1. Contact us via email on hello@uncrumpled.com.au. Please let us know your order number and reason for the refund request.
2. Once we approve your refund, you will need to send the product back to us in Australia (please keep a tracking number) within 7 days.
3. The customer is liable for any return shipping costs (excluding faulty products).
4. Shipping costs are non refundable and any orders where free shipping was offered will incur a $10.50 fee from their refund.
5. The refund will be processed within 3 business days of the return products arriving to us.
6. It may take up to 10 days for the monies to be refunded back to your original payment method.
