What is CreaseDrop™?

CreaseDrop™ is our proprietary formula, engineered to make creases fall out of your clothes. When fabric folds, bonds form inside the fibres and that is what creates the creases. CreaseDrop™ reaches those bonds and relaxes them, so the crease drops out.

1. Penetrates the fibres
Sinks into the fabric instead of sitting on the surface, reaching the bonds that hold the wrinkle.
2. Relaxes the crease bond
Loosens the bond that forms the crease to allow the crease to drop.
3. The crease drops out
As you shake it or smooth it out, the crease falls out.
4. It washes out
Engineered to rinse out in the next wash, so there's no build-up left on your clothes.

FAQs

What fabrics does it work on?

Uncrumpled works on most machine-washable fabrics including cotton, linen, rayon, viscose, cotton/ polyester blends, and most machine washable fabrics

Test patch on dry-clean only, silk, or hand-wash only items in an inconspicuous area first.

Do I need to spray on wet clothes?

No. Some of you may notice a misprint on your bottles saying it should be sprayed on wet clothes, but that's our mistake — it should say to use on dry clothes. We're so sorry for the confusion!

Do I need to iron after using it?

Nope no iron/ steamer needed. That’s the point. Spray, smooth, wear.

Are there any toxic ingredients?

We made Uncrumpled as non-toxic as possible. After my dad was diagnosed with cancer, we reformulated the product to ensure it was safe for the entire family. 16 samples later Uncrumpled was born.

No formaldehyde, phthalates, parabens, synthetic dyes, or other nasties.

What fabrics does Uncrumpled not work on?

Great question. We are here to keep it real.

Like we mentioned above, Uncrumpled works wonders on cotton, linen, viscose, rayon and most natural fibres.

But on polyester (and other synthetics like nylon or spandex)? Not so much. Why?

Because polyester is plastic. Imagine trying to massage wrinkles out of a plastic bag. The liquid just sits on top instead of soaking in. Since our magic comes from our CreaseDrop™ technology that penetrate fabric fibres, polyester won’t play along.

The upside? Polyester doesn’t really wrinkle much to begin with (that’s why it’s used in “no-iron” clothes). So you probably won’t need us for those pieces anyway 😉.

Our warehouse is based in Laverton North, Victoria (Australia). We ship same business day if before 1pm or next business day.

Will it get out deep creases? Is it as perfect as ironing?

Look, we’re not pretending to be an iron. If you’re after that freshly pressed, razor-sharp finish, ironing still wins.

But Uncrumpled will smooth out the majority of everyday wrinkles so your clothes look neat, polished, and ready to wear in seconds and honestly, no one’s inspecting your shirt that closely.

Could we have made it stronger? Potentially, yes. But that would have meant adding harsh, toxic ingredients and that goes against everything we stand for.
